RDC receive re-accreditation by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)

RDC Solicitors are proud to announce that they have received re-accreditation by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)

Having been introduced in 2011, CQS is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices.  Since its inception, it has helped to deter fraud and improve standards across this area of work.  

RDC achieved accreditation a number of years ago and has successfully attained reaccreditation.  The Company has demonstrated that it has the skills and expertise to provide quality residential property advice.   In order to reach the high standards that are needed RDC has had to demonstrate best practice in terms of meeting a high level of technical expertise and client service, as well as being able to satisfy regulators, lenders and insurers.

Accreditation assists prospective clients in making an informed choice about which legal practice they wish to use for their residential conveyancing transaction.   The process of buying and selling a house is probably the largest undertaking that most people embark upon in their lifetimes.   It is therefore crucial that they can be reassured that when they are instructing a legal practice, they will be provided with an expert, client focussed service.  

Reaccreditation by CQS additionally demonstrates RDC’s commitment to providing all clients with the necessary information that they need at the beginning of the process, to enable them to understand it moving forward, as well as the options that are available to them, costs and timescales.
