Reduced Land Registration Fees

As from May 2014 our Ilkley office will have the ability to use the Land Registry “e-DRS” service which is the ability to make Land Registry applications electronically.

We are hoping to be able to make all applications relating to straight forward transfers of the whole of a property electronically which will mean a 50% reduction in registration fees payable by clients.

It is also intended that our new Bradford and Bingley offices will have the ability to make electronic applications again saving costs for our conveyancing clients.
